The Aardelite service package
In order to support potential clients from the initial tests up to a production facility we can
offer the following services:
- testing of suitability of the residue for the Aardelite process
- economical feasibility studies
- support for the certification of the final product according to local applicable standards
- basic and detailed design
- delivering turnkey installations
The optimal formula for the combination of residue, binder and additives is designed and analyzed in a
special dedicated laboratory. Larger samples can be processed into pellets for testing their physical
properties. The application of the aggregate in building materials can also be tested.
The Carbolite service package
Engineering packages for standard plants capable of processing between 50,000 and 350,000 tons of
Carbolite pellets per annum have been designed. Plants may be supplied either on a turnkey basis or as an
engineering package.

- design and testing of appropriate binders
